Yoya & The Patients is my first musical experiment to put myself out there and say the things I want to say. It was not an easy task but gladly some friends of mine (& great artists as well) were willing to take this journey with me.
The songs within the Album were produced in an eightees retro style. I felt it to be a good starting point since I grew up in the eightees.
Working on "Touch You" was done with a musician who lives in Iran, a country that is considered to be the enemy by my country and vice versa. Nevertheless, we succeeded in making music and through that I met a talented person from the other side which gave me the hope for better days to come between our nations.
"יואב והאסיפה" הנו פרוייקט ובו שירים שכתבתי והלחנתי ומבוצעים בידי אמנים שונים וחברים טובים בהפקה מוזיקלית של רטרו שנות השמונים. מאז שיצא הסינגל הראשון, קיבלתי תגובות מרחיבות לב מאנשים בדרך, לפעמים גם מכאלה שאני לא מכיר, אז תודה. בשיר "TOUCH YOU" זכיתי לעשות מוזיקה עם פרטנר מעבר לים (איראן) מה שהוביל לאייטמים מרגשים בערוצי הטלוויזיה הישראלית ובעיקר נתן לי להבין שבסופו של יום, גם שם, יש אנשים טובים שרוצים לחיות בשלווה ובשלום. מצרף את השירים שיצאו במסגרת הפרוייקט וכמה אייטמים מהטלוויזיה, הרדיו והעיתונות.
